Our great and mysterious "Oz" in this production was portrayed by a giant, holographic image of the actor. It appeared above the stage on the giant 'O' in the green "Oz" sign you see here... all from the comfort of hiding behind his curtain.
It's hard to dance the jitterbug in a pinching tin suit! Or anything else...
